Item as described and arrived on time
I plan to buy this book!! I own the original edition printed in 1886 which is in decent condition today. The book is full of relevant detailed information about Rockland County, friendly reading!! It captured my curiosity about so many people and events through out the 1700 & 1800s that it is hard to stop reading. The book brings back events and people I heard about growing up in the Nyacks, mostly from my parents. There is an occasional term used that we no longer use but understandable in context, had a chuckle!! Well worth the buy for yourself or as a gift..
