I loved it. I absolutely loved it. This book was written despite the risks involved. That takes a lot of courage. It takes a real man to share those kinds of secrets and to wait for either the praise or the possible condemnation that could come with it. I read this book in 3 hours, couldn't put it down. Honestly, from the first page I was hooked. It's a hard look into a man's life, the truth and realities in it. If you want a raw look into the heart and soul of this brave man, then you must read his book.
On a side note, can't wait for the movie!
I didn't like this book, but I cannot quite tell you why. It just made me uncomfortable, and I have reason to believe that Robin has a much softer side. I also believe he could own a bit more of his dispair, instead of blaming it on other people. There are a lot of other victims of abuse and trauma that have led a more productive life, and moved on without shutting themselves into a cocoon. The Devil just wants to kill you Robin, and sadly, I think you are letting him. I will keep you in my prayers.
I can't believe is selling this drivel. Needs to be "fact checked". So poorly written it reads like a teenager's fantasy diary.
So sad, but great weird book! It's causing some controversy around town, but you can't change facts to suit other people.
